Thuy, known to her friends and colleague as ‘Tweety’, is a bilingual, ambitious, creative, cultured, multi talented and inspirational Australian Vietnamese woman. Having being exposed to, and surviving many life challenging events and heartaches throughout her own life so far, Tweety is equipped with many life experiences, understanding and communication to assist others.

Through her own personal journey through life, she has acquired valuable life skills and a mindsets that works like a basic formula, that can be applied to any situation.

Background

In 1982, her family moved to Australia when Tweety was 2. Her late father, a former French paratrooper and x-ray technician, built two boats with his own two hands to escape the communist regime in Vietnam at the time. Successfully escaping, surviving the rough open sea and avoiding the pirate infested waters, her large family who boarded her father’s boats safely arrived at refugee camps in Ga Lang, Indonesia. Two of her older sisters, who boarded paid vessels were not heard from again and have been missing since 1981.

Tweety is the youngest daughter in a family of 13 siblings , 10 surviving, 1 deceased and 2 missing.

Childhood & Up bringing

Having to start fresh in a new country, leaving behind their qualifications, acquired assets and everything they had worked for their entire life for Vietnam. Her parents sacrificed everything to give their children a better chance and a better future in a safe country. With the new language barrier, new culture, new beginnings in Australia, Tweety’s childhood was revolved around making the most of everything and being grateful for the things we had, rather then the things we didn’t have. From a very early age, it was instilled in her that our life was what we made made of it and that we had to work hard for the things we wanted.

Being raised in a traditional and conservative household with her parents being strict often enforcing outdated views on many issues. Tweety being inquisitive by nature was often labelled to as being the ‘hard headed, stubborn and rebellious’ child by her parents.

As a Life Coach

The general impression that is left with people that cross paths with Tweety is she is such a “happy, confident and strong woman”. While that statement is true these days, it hasn’t always been that way and it didn’t come without years of unassisted self reflection.

Through her own personal journey, having survived more than the average person would have had to endure without having being permanently jaded for life . Tweety has had the positive mindset and life formula that she applies to any situation. Being reserved, conservative and shy by nature, the woman that Tweety is today is the living proof that we are are all capable of becoming anyone or anything we set our heart on. With the correct mindset, attitude and guidance, you can achieve your goal.

Through my non-judgemental character, my friendly and approachable demeanour, clear communication, combined with my own personal life experiences and triumph over personal fears, I have been recognised for playing a crucial role in so many success transformations and stories. Every success story that I am humbled enough to have been apart of motivates and fuels my passion to guide and support anyone who wants to achieve their own personal goal.
