| Fonts: | All fonts must be embedded or converted to curves |
| Trimming: | Borders and type must be within safe zone as variations may occur when trimming |
- Artwork must be correctly sized with required amounts of bleed
- All transparency effects are to be flattened
- Overprints must be set correctly for desired result
- All colour profiles are to be removed
- Ensure all images are at correct resolution
- Registration marks, keylines, dielines and other non-printing items must be removed
- Crop marks, if required, are to be positioned outside bleed area.
- Supplied artwork not meeting our specifications which require work will be subject to addition artwork charges.
- All stickers with more than 10 in quantity will need machine cutting. Please supply your PDF file containing the artwork along with the form cut around your sticker. The cutting shape should be saved as in a PMS colour whilst maintaining the document as CMYK. The nominated shape will not print, but will give the cutting machine the information to accurately cut your stickers.
If you need final artwork prepared, you will need to to supply us with the following;
- Any images you want included in your artwork. Images need to be high resolution images 300dpi or higher at final size.
- Copy text included on the business card
- Your company logo supplied as vector .pdf, .eps or .ai
