| Bleed: | No Bleed is required |
| Print Safe Zone: | Allow 3mm text safe zone left, right and bottom of envelope face, with 10mm allowance from the top of envelope face. |
| Accepted file type: | PDF version 1.4 or higher |
| Resolution: | Minimum of 300 dpi for all images 800 dpi for all text as an image |
| Colours: | Colours must be either CMYK, black or PMS colour (i.e. no RGB, Pantone or Spot Colours) |
| Fonts: | All fonts must be embedded or converted to curves |
- Artwork must be correctly sized with allowances for text safe zone.
- All transparency effects are to be flattened
- Overprints must be set correctly for desired result
- All colour profiles are to be removed
- Ensure all images are at correct resolution
- Registration marks, keylines, dielines and other non-printing items must be removed
- Crop marks, if required, are to be positioned outside bleed area.
- Supplied artwork not meeting our specifications which require work will be subject to addition artwork charges.
If you need final artwork prepared for business cards you will need to to supply us with the following;
- Any images you want included in your artwork. Images need to be high resolution images 300dpi or higher at final size.
- Copy text included on the business card
- Your company logo supplied as vector .pdf, .eps or .ai
